Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Titanium Immigration Services Inc.’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://go4canada.com, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

The information that you provide us in evaluation forms is required in order to provide you with best possible options. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

This policy also covers personal information collected by Titanium Immigration Services Inc. through third-party advertising and enquiry forms, including LinkedIn. We collect your name, email address, phone number and information you choose to provide to send requested information or guides, respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and follow up by phone or email about that enquiry. When you submit information through LinkedIn or choose to book through Calendly, those platforms also handle information under their own privacy policies. We may share information with service providers as necessary to manage enquiries, appointments and communications; some providers may process information outside Canada. We do not sell your personal information, and submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional communications. You may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent or ask us to stop follow-up by contacting Raghvendra@go4canada.com. Withdrawal does not affect information we must retain to meet legal obligations.

We do not collect any financial information on this website including credit card details, debit card details, online banking details or any other information that is related to your financials. Any pop-ups or additional pages requesting such information should be blocked and reported to us.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.

This policy is effective as of 11 March 2020.
